I cured a very bad case in three days simply by drinking water... lots of water.

Helicobacter pylori
is a spiral-shaped bacterium commonly found in the stomach. The bacteria's shape and the way they move allow them to penetrate the stomach's protective mucous lining, where they produce substances that weaken the lining and make the stomach more susceptible to damage from gastric acids.
The bacteria can also attach to cells of the stomach, causing stomach inflammation (gastritis), and can stimulate the production of excess stomach acid. Over time, infection with the bacteria can also increase the risk of stomach cancer.

Although it is not known how H. pylori infection is spread, scientists believe it may be contracted through food and water.

Symptoms
  • Gastritis or peptic ulcer disease
  • Weight loss
  • Loss of appetite
  • Bloating
  • Burping
  • Burning
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting

Do a simple acid test at home
This test is an economical way for you to ascertain if you have too much or too little acid in your stomach. Do this test first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything else.

Method
Mix a quarter teaspoon of fresh Bicarbonate of Soda into a small glass of warm water. Swallow the contents of the glass and relax for a few minutes (Note that this test is effective only if done on an empty stomach first thing in the morning).

Home Test results

If you belch dramatically and within one minute of swallowing this mixture, it is likely you have too much acid. If it takes two to three minutes to belch, your levels of acid are probably normal. If it takes longer than five or six minutes to belch, it is very likely that you have lower than normal levels of stomach acid.

Baking soda treats the condition by adding sufficient amounts of bicarbonate of soda in the stomach acids which protect the stomach lining from getting damaged. Take half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate and add it to a cup of water. Mix well and take it in the morning and evening if the infection is really bad. Intake of baking soda will prevent the lack of adequate bicarbonate of soda in the stomach, caused due to reduced stomach acids and the Ph can be neutralised and the symptoms of Helicobacter pylori reduced considerably. Baking soda is an antacid and reduces the acidity in the stomach preventing acid reflux and GERD which too are associated with Helicobacter pylori infection. Baking soda can also be taken after your food to prevent fermentation of food in your stomach which causes the spread of Helicobacter pylori.

  • Raspberries
  • have one of the highest concentrations of ellagic acid, a powerful disease-fighting substance. This phytochemical can be found in blueberries, strawberries and certain nuts and has been shown to be antiviral, anti carcinogenic, anti mutagen and antibacterial. Ellagic acid destroys the offending stomach bacteria. This powerful phytochemical is preserved no matter how raspberries are cooked or frozen and is an effective natural combatant of the bacteria.

Broccoli
  • A Japanese study in April of 2009 found that broccoli is an effective natural remedy of the H. pylori bacteria. This study has since been further proven. In the trial, it was found that sulforphane in broccoli sprouts reduced the colonies of H. pylori bacteria in test subjects. Sulforphanes, similar to ellagic acid, have antimicrobial, anticancer and anti diabetic properties. Because symptoms returned when broccoli supplementation ceased, it can be assumed that continued addition of the antimicrobial sulforphanes to the diet occur.

  • A 1998 Israeli study found that extracts of cinnamon helped the stomach in its fight against H. Pylori. In the study, cinnamon extracts inhibited urease enzymes from catalyzing reactions in H. Pylori cells. This keeps the H. Pylori from performing all of their necessary functions. The cinnamon was found to work as well as a common antibiotic. There are several other substances that have been touted for their abilities to counteract H. Pylori, for example, herbs like garlic and ginger, oils such as coconut oil and oregano oil and apple cider vinegar. However, there is little proof in a scientific trial. Consult your doctor before using any of these unverified natural methods.

Manuka Honey

The pH of honey is commonly between 3.2 and 4.5. This relatively acidic pH level prevents the growth of many bacteria. The non peroxide antibiotic activity is due to methylglyoxal (MGO) and an unidentified synergistic component. Most honeys contain very low levels of MGO, but manuka honey contains very high levels. The presence of the synergist in manuka honey more than doubles MGO antibacterial activity. Antioxidants in honey have even been associated with reducing the damage done to the colon in colitis.

Onions and Garlic

Garlic cloves are used as a remedy for infections(especially chest problems), digestive disorders, and fungal infections such as Candida albicans. Garlic can be used as a disinfectant because of its bacteriostatic and bacteriocidal properties. Onions have anti-inflammatory, anti-cholesterol, anticancer, and antioxidant properties.

Ginger
Ginger is commonly used to treat various types of “stomach problems,” including motion sickness, morning sickness, colic, upset stomach, gas, diarrhea, nausea caused by cancer treatment, nausea and vomiting after surgery, as well as loss of appetite.
Fresh ginger is used for treating acute bacterial dysentery, baldness, malaria, poisonous snake bites, rheumatism, migraine headache, and toothaches.

Mint

Because of its menthol, mint has a very good action over the digestive system, causing a small anesthesia of the gastric mucous membrane. It also stimulates digestion.
Mint can treat diarrhea, gastric fever or toxic infections. It stimulates the biliary secretion and helps the digestion of fats.

Nettle tea

Various types of Nettle have been studied for their effects on prostate hypertrophy, diabetes mellitus, rheumatic disease, hypertension, gastrointestinal symptoms, osteoarthritis, diarrhea, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammation, pain, constipation, gastrointestinal disease, headache, nausea, common cold, arthritis, asthma, bleeding, respiratory tract disease, allergic rhinitis, kidney disease, prostate cancer, skin disease and urinary tract disease In terms of allergies, nettle contains properties of an antihistamine to be used for treating reactions associated with the respiratory system.

Cranberry juice

Improve the body's circulatory system. A daily glass of cranberry juice will treat diseases like cystitis. Provide relief for asthma patients. The condensed tannins in cranberries can inhibit the oxidation of bad cholesterol and as a result protects body against atherosclerosis; tannins are also considered an important contributor to a healthy heart. Acts as bactericide and affects the acidity of the urine and disrupts the development of kidney stone formation. In some people, regular cranberry juice consumption for months can kill the H. Pylori bacteria.

Chamomile

Is helpful for a variety of stomach problems. It soothes stomach aches, eases the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, promotes elimination, and assists in overall digestion. It is often found in teas for digestion in combination with peppermint.
Precautions
Some people have serious allergic reactions (including anaphylaxis) to chamomile. If you are allergic to other plants in the same family such as daisy, ragweed, aster, chrysanthemum, or marigold you should use caution when using chamomile.
Chamomile should be avoided during pregnancy because it may act as a uterine stimulant and therefore increase the chance of abortion.
People with bleeding disorders or on blood thinners should avoid chamomile, as it contains coumarin and may increase the chance of bleeding.
Drink a Glass of Water

Why drinking water on an empty stomach is the first thing you should do in the morning.

Japanese water therapy is incredibly popular in the Land of the Rising Sun – Japanese people have known this simple practice for centuries (if not for thousands of years!) and have been using it to cure many health conditions, from headaches to even cancer. We all know that water is essential for life and its benefits are undeniable for our health as all of our organs require water to function smoothly. However, why don’t we take advantage of this important, effective and healthy element that nature offers us, which we have at our disposal?

We often tend to overcomplicate things when it comes to taking care of our bodies while a few simple steps can go a long way in taking care of our health. One easy way of ensuring it is simply by drinking enough water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning!
The water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for many diseases. According to the Japanese tradition, the practice of drinking water on an empty stomach should be done regularly and different time frames are predicted to treat, improve or control different conditions.
Headaches, body aches, heart system problems, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb cancer and menstrual disorders; ear/nose and throat diseases… all can be cured with water according to the Japanese.
The number of days required for the water treatment to work differs depending on the health issue – some take longer than the others, but if we can cure such serious problems with just water, we need to understand that it can’t be done overnight!
  1. High Blood Pressure – 30 days
  2. Gastric – 10 days
  3. Diabetes – 30 days
  4. Constipation – 10 days
  5. Cancer – 180 days
  6. TB – 90 days
Water basically washes all of the toxins out of your body and cleanses your blood, kidneys and other organs. The more often you go to the bathroom the better, as all of the junk keeps getting cleared out of your system. The more water you drink the more cleansed your body will be! Drinking plenty of water has always been one of the secrets behind a glowing skin. Drinking water also improves the creation of new blood cells as well as muscle cells, and helps you in losing weight.

Water purifies the colon and improves the stomach’s chances to absorb nutrients properly. A better digestive system automatically takes care of a lot of other things. When you drink plenty of water, you feel the urge to move your bowels. Therefore, drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach can help you regulate your digestive tract and clear your body of any waste.

Dehydration is one of the main causes of headaches and other nasty experiences, so drinking a lot of water will help you prevent dehydration and, therefore, headaches.

Symptoms of dehydration include:
  • Increased thirst
  • Dry mouth and swollen tongue
  • Weakness
  • Dizziness
  • Palpitations (feeling that the heart is jumping or pounding)
  •  Sluggishness
  • Fainting
  • Inability to sweat
  • Decreased urine output
“So… what is this magical treatment all about and how do I start?”
  1. As you wake up in the morning even before brushing your teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
  2. Brush and clean the mouth afterward but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
  3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
  4. 15 minutes after breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
  5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking a little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
A similar tradition is actually also known in India. In Sanskrit, the practice is called Usha Paana Chikitsa, which roughly translates as ‘early morning water treatment’. The difference is that the Indian (Ayurvedic) version recommends drinking 1.5 liters of water on an empty stomach.
So… drink lots of water and stay healthy!

Cabbage treatment symptoms

A lot of times, when someone begins treatment with cabbage, that person frequently experiences a lot of gas.  This symptom could be due to the fact that the cabbage is deeply evacuating wastes, toxins, and putrefied substances in the intestines, which is why this is a natural reaction.  Even diarrhea, stomach aches, or headaches are normal symptoms in what is known as a curing crisis.  However, if this gas continues even after having finished the treatment, or if it was present even before treatment, then the gas could be due to something else.
If you suffer from gas, using this alternative is not advisable until first discovering the causes that are provoking your gas, or, begin treatment by drinks carrot juice with alfalfa, aloe vera or spinach.  Drink half a cup of fresh juice a day to help reestablish the intestines, or to prepare them for cabbage treatment.

How to consume cabbage:

You can eat cabbage either in a salad, combined with other vegetables, or as a juice (see detail below).

Make a salad:

One recommendable salad would be to grate half a cabbage with a bit of carrot and dress with olive oil, salt and lemon, adding just a touch of oregano.

Make cabbage juice:

To make a juice all  you need is half of one fresh cabbage and a juice extractor.  Push the cabbage through the extractor and drink the juice without straining.  If you want to turn this juice into a treatment, drink it daily for 20 days.
If you combine cabbage juice with carrot juice, you will have an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin A, which will help fight herpes labialis, skin infections, bleeding gums, inflammation and periodontitis.

About cabbage:

This plant grows in dry land, its leaves are wide and wrinkly, and its flowers are yellow.  It has been a highly valued plant in Europe, and was known in the Celt culture.  Great doctors from ancient Greece valued it as one of the best medicinal plants.

Peršun i kompot umiruju želudac

Peršun i kompot umiruju želudac

To izgleda ovako: doručak, užina, ručak 1, ručak 2, užina, večera.

Jaja - Treba izbegavati tvrdo kuvana i pržena jaja.

Riba - Dozvoljene su sve nemasne bele ribe, a treba izbegavati rakove, školjke, lignje i druge plodove mora.

Povrće - Dozvoljeno: kuvano, na pari ili dinstano - krompir, spanać, blitva, cvekla, boranija, tikvice, šargarepa, karfiol, paradajz (bez kožice), zelena salata, svež kupus.

Nije dozvoljeno: sve ostalo sveže povrće, krastavci, rotkvice, luk, paprika, pečurke (trebalo bi ih izbegavati u bilo kom obliku), pržen krompir, i sve konzervirano povrće.

Voće - Dozvoljeno: jabuke (bez kore, i najbolje rendane), breskve, kajsije, banane, sveže ceđeni voćni sokovi, naročito se dobro podnose voćni kompoti.

Vruće i hladno - Hladna i vruća jela, jako začinjenu i naročito kiselu hranu treba strogo izbegavati.

Health Benefits of Cabbage

Cabbage has the highest amount of some of the most powerful antioxidants found in cruciferous vegetables – phytonutrients such as thiocyanates, lutein, zeaxanthin, isothiocyanates, and sulforaphane, which stimulate detoxifying enzymes. Research has shown these compounds to protect against several types of cancer, including breast, colon, and prostate cancers. They also help lower the LDL (low-density lipoprotein) or "bad cholesterol" levels in blood, which can build up in arteries and cause heart disease.
Rich in vitamin K, cabbage provides 85 percent of the body’s daily requirement. This is very important, not only for bone metabolism, but as a known Alzheimer's disease preventative by limiting neuronal damage in the brain. The 54 percent daily value of vitamin C supplied to the body with one serving of cabbage is impressive, too – even more than oranges – which can help scavenge harmful, pro-inflammatory free radicals and protect against infection.
Cabbage is also an excellent source of fiber, vitamin B6, folate, and manganese, as well as healthy amounts of thiamin (vitamin B1), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5). It also provides iron, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium for strong bones, and potassium for regulating the heart rate and blood pressure.

Cabbage is an amazing cure for stomach ulcers, due to its high phytonutrient content. One in particular – indole-3-carbinol – has research behind it proving it to prevent and slow the growth of cancer cells.1 Two tablespoons of cooked cabbage a day has been shown to protect study subjects against stomach cancer, and speeding up estrogen metabolism to help block breast cancer and inhibit polyp growth, a forerunner of colon cancer. Another report showed a 63 percent cut in colon cancer in men who ate cabbage once a week.2

Compounds in cabbage strengthen stomach muscles, which helps resist acid attacks.

A European remedy for stomach ulcers, backed up by scientific research, showed complete healing within 10 days of drinking just one cup of cabbage juice a day.

Cabbage to have more medicinal value than any other natural food. It helps heal stomach ulcers and may help prevent cancer. Colon, prostate, and breast cancer risk are minimized of cabbage in the diet, cabbage ingestion may be more effective than any other treatment.

The health benefits of yogurt have always been important to mankind. Yogurt is a powerhouse of various vitamins and minerals that are also present in milk. Furthermore, yogurt is a good source of easily digestible proteins. Yogurt is beneficial for maintaining cholesterol levels in the body and preventing ailments like hypertension, while also boosting immunity. It is good for improving the strength of bones and teeth, aids in digestion, and is valuable in skin care.

The health benefits of yogurt are due to the fact that it is prepared from milk. It is often offered as a healthy dessert option and is used to flavour dishes in a number of Eastern cuisines. Regardless of how it is consumed, it retains the health benefits of milk in a low-fat form. It can also be consumed by lactose intolerant individuals who cannot normally digest milk.
An additional benefit of yogurt consumption is the presence of Lactobacillus, a helpful class of bacteria that ferments milk into yogurt and aids in the digestive process in the body. They also protect the gut from succumbing to infections by harmful bacteria.

Health Benefits of Yogurt

Here are some of the most prominent health benefits of yogurt:

Rich Source of Essential Minerals: Being derived from milk, yogurt consists of large doses of calcium, which is essential for maintaining bone health and dental health. Adequate calcium consumption also lowers the incidence of osteoporosis in menopausal women. Yogurt is rich in potassium and magnesium. Potassium is essential for nerve health and maintains the fluid balance in the body. Magnesium is just as essential for bone health as calcium!
Storehouse of Vitamins: Yogurt contains abundant levels of vitamin B2 and B12. Vitamin B2 is essential for healthy nerves, eyes, and skin. Vitamin B12 is essential for maintaining bone health and its deficiency leads to anemia. Yogurt also contains healthy amounts of vitamin D and E. Vitamin D is essential for skeletal health and vitamin E aids in maintaining healthy skin, as well as reproductive health.
Bone Health: Calcium is essential for maintaining the good condition of our bones. We all know that milk is a great source of calcium, but digesting milk is difficult for many people. Yogurt contains all the essential minerals, including calcium, that are present in milk, but is also much easier to digest (not just that it also aids in digestion). Therefore, consuming yogurt helps in maintaining the strength of the bones. It  is also good for patients suffering from osteoporosis and rheumatism. Yogurt is a boon for many people who suffer with being lactose intolerant.

Rich Source of Animal Proteins: The protein content of yogurt has been found to be higher than that of milk and is found to be more easily digestible than milk due to the partial breakdown of proteins, such as casein, by the fermenting bacteria. This is according to findings by the Journal of Dairy research.

Boosts Gastrointestinal Health: Yogurt can be used as a milk substitute for lactose intolerant individuals who cannot digest milk and would normally lose out on its health benefits. Due to the presence of active bacterial strains in yogurt, it is easily digestible. In fact, the “pro-biotic” components of yogurt, produced by the lactic acid bacteria present in it, aid in alleviating constipation, diarrhea, colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and even infections by peptic ulcer-causing bacteria H. pylori, which may eventually lead to stomach cancer.
Boosts Immunity: The pro-biotic strains of bacteria present in yogurt boost the immune system and reduce the incidence of infections, inflammatory diseases, and allergies, according to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
Lowers Hypertension: The regular intake of dairy products has been shown to lower hypertension. However, due to the presence of high fat content, excessive consumption is not advisable. Yogurt combines a low-fat dairy option with the benefits of a normal dairy option.
Reduces Serum Cholesterol: Studies carried out by various institutes indicate a drop in serum LDL cholesterol levels when a person regularly consumes yogurt. Thus, daily consumption may lead to a reduction in cardiovascular diseases.
Prevents Vaginal Infections: Vaginal infections due to Candida are commonly observed in diabetic women. The daily consumption of yogurt lowers the pH of the vaginal tract and prevents Candida infections.
Cures Bad BreathYogurt is a natural cure for bad breath and has reduced halitosis by up to 80% in test subjects. Levels of plaque and gingivitis were also found to be lower among daily consumers of yogurt.
Cancer: Intake of yogurt may also provide relief to those suffering from colon cancer. New study suggests that a diet rich in dairy products may slightly extend lives of people diagnosed with colon cancer.
Effective Against Skin and Hair Conditions: Yogurt, when applied topically, has been proved to cure acne and skin rashes and gives a healthy glow by reducing dark circles and closing pores. It is also beneficial for the hair and cures itchy scalp and dandruff.
It is quite apparent that yogurt is helpful in achieving and maintaining a healthy body. The daily consumption of yogurt provides a large chunk of essential nutrients as well.
